Why do i feel so Fat??!! am I?

i am like 5 5 1/2 and i weight like 111 pounds... ? when i look at myself in the mirror i feel so fat.. but i eat when im bored and im bored all the time.. i would like to be comfortable in a bathing suit!! HELP ME!!!
