Don't work out your abs every day. Your abs are a muscle just like your chest, arms, etc. You don't train them every day, same for your abs. A personal trainer might be able to help you out, I use http://www.mydiypersonaltrainer.com/default.html because I can't afford to get a personal trainer but I can still get a routine from one. Its helped me out hope it can do the same for you.
