I need some help losing weight?

I need to lose about 20 pounds to get to my goal of 10% body fat. What I've been skin the past month is eating about 1500-1900 cals a day and working out two hours a day with both p90x and insanity. Over the past month I've lost 8lbs, but all of a sudden I actually gained a pound this week. I weigh 193 lbs and I'm 5.10 n I am fairly muscular but have some goo over it all. My two workouts burn roughly 1400 cals when combined. Can anyone help me figure out why I gained a pound and give me other advice on losing these last 15 - 20 lbs? Thanks.
