Put on muscle (5ft 10in and 135lbs)?

if your trying to get buff for football or other sports I work out every day for 30 minutes. Anything more is a waste. Work upper body one day and core and lower another day because muscles need time to build. If you work arms or legs every day then you will just tear the muscles. I also kickbox and take juditsu for flexibility. Drink protein shakes 2 a day and eat about 4000-5000 calories. No soda and no sugar. I'm 5'8 165 and most muscle. I can gain 5-10 pounds a week. Also eat lots of protien: eggs peanut butter etc....
