What size spur strap do i need?

I have a version of those boots, and I just use regular sized western spur straps(I don't even think there are usually different sizes to choose from), and every pair but one are almost too large for my boots. If you have to choose between men's size or Ladies size- go with the Ladies. They will be plenty large enough.
