What to do about this situation?

This stupid fat American kid got a 100% on the math test and I only got 92%. I was very mad, I always get the the best grade. I don't even know how he got a 100% because he is stupid. He must have cheated. Anyways I hit him lightly and than he punched me hard and broke my nose. He didn't get any punishment. The school suspended me for a week and as for the stupid fat American they said "he was protecting himself, it is okay because of self-defense". My parents sued the school and the family of the kid that did this and they won. *Sigh* judges are stupid too. What can be done about this?
