How to tone up super quick?

i am not fat, i have a bmi of 23.0 which is healthy/ideal, i just need to tone up. i am quite curvy - my measurements are 34 28 34 , i just need to tone up really quicky. i've got the whole motivation of falling out with an ex and wanting to make him want me - no dramatic weight loss just a bit more toned and elegant, ya know? any tips how to tone up arms, stomach and buttocks/legs quicky? in about a month or so? thanks guys x
